Marlene Karman has been an educator with M’lis for over 25 years. She left her position, as a Vice-President in the Savings and Loan Industry to pursue her passion of helping women feel better about themselves. Her emphasis was initially on improving their self esteem by improving their outside appearance. She’s been in the Beauty Industry now for over 30 years as a spa owner/director, Reflexologist and nail technician. As a M’lis client at the age of 28 primarily only interested in her own physical appearance and beauty needs; she began using the M’lis, (then Beneficial International), skin care and nutritional products after being introduced to them at the Midwest Beauty Show in Chicago. Since a teenager, Marlene’s spiritual gifts and passions have been to help people actualize their fullest potential. She has studied holistic and integrative health modalities, nutrition and the proactive approach to preventative health and wellness. She has served as a medical advocate and assisted with the rehabilitation of patients during and post illnesses and surgeries. She teaches group nutritional and detoxification programs for hospitals, health clubs, medical professionals, woman’s groups, and day and destination spas in addition to performing individual wellness profiles. Marlene coaches clients weekly; private or group sessions on detoxification, individual nutritional and exercise programs.
